An extraordinary large square dendritic agate depicting tree-like forms with a Japanese flavour, mounted in yellow gold, with three drops of precious stones: green apatite, garnet and citrine for a total of 4,5 carat .
This agate, as well as having a great beauty of design, it also has great collectible and gemological importance due to its provenance: Before now I had never seen Italian dendritic agates and to be precise found in Sardinia. I cut them personally in my workshop and this is the first of a small collection that I will present as I finish them. Origin: Italia, Sardinia. Agate measurements: mm 29×29. Total height of the pendant: mm 50.

The suggestions inspired by these particular agates and jasper gave me the name of the collection, ”AUTUMN POETRY. Some evoke windy steppes with autumn colored brush and bushes, others of the bare groves with black trunks that stand out against the first fallen snow, still others of the cliffs of unexplored jungles. in conclusion, wear one around your neck ”Autumn poetry” yes, it means wearing an exclusive jewel, but also a small romantic story to be read.

I made the frame, in 750 / °° yellow gold (18k) handmade in my workshop.

the setting is a particular twisted wire bezel of my own invention to highlight the beauty of the agate as much as possible.

All obviously made to measure, with traditional techniques.

As a tribute with the pendant I will send a handmade cotton cord with golden metal finishes.

In these minerals there is iron (reddish brown inclusions), manganese or psilomelane (black inclusions), is chlorite (inclusions in various shades of green).
