I continue my research on Japanese-inspired jewels with this new collection of large but delicate earrings and pendants that I called HANAMI.

Hanami is a Japanese term that refers to the traditional custom of enjoying the beauty of spring flowering of trees, especially Japanese cherry trees, with multiple shades ranging from white to bright pink.

The first difficulty was finding very small coral flowers, in tonalità che vadano dal bianco rosato al rosso. Non avendo trovato alcun tagliatore che fosse disposto a incidere dei fiori in corallo così piccoli e delicati, I decided to make them myself, cutting pink and red coral spheres in half and engraving them in my workshop.

I then sculpted the stylized branches, made of high quality black ebony, on which I based the three flowers and the small gold gems.

Then I completed the earrings with stud and butterfly in 750/°° yellow gold (18 k), on the back of the branch, and here they are in all their delicate refinement.
Every time you will wear unique pieces that will adorn your body like small sculptures evocative of the beauty of cherry blossoms.
