At Michelle's request:

Pair of gold chokers, citrus and avorio.

Citrine quartz, avorio mammoth, yellow gold, burnished silver.

Length of necklaces cm 50 circa, size of closing plates mm 40 x 40 circa.

Simple chokers with beads cut into the shape of caramel-colored citrine quartz crystals, diametro mm 12 circa, tied to a rosary in burnished silver.

The clasps of these necklaces are hand cut, they are composed of a mammoth ivory plate irregular hexagonal shape, like citrine grains, and hammer in yellow gold with two beads, one in smoky quartz and one in ivory, recalling the colors of the necklace.

I carved the end plates of these necklaces by carving Mammoth ivory from the Siberian permafrost. I then burnished one side of the plates leaving the other clear, to leave a color contrast suitable for the warm shades of the necklace.

I then threaded the citrine quartz grains into burnished silver wire, tied with the 'rosary' technique.

The parts in 750 / °° gold and 925 / °° silver are handmade in my workshop with traditional tools, piece by piece.

Fossil ivory’ of mammouth is free trade and does not require any certificate, as it does not belong to an endangered species.
